Which is better for training- artic or drawbar?

Hi all,

I'm shortly going to do the cat. D, C & C+E..... I have the option of doing all with the same guy who has a drawbar (Volvo FL10), or doing the C plus C+E with another trainer (who doesn't do cat. D) who has a rigid & artic.

Anyone know what would be better/easier?????

Thanks  neutral

I would go with the artic.

You would then have the experience of driving 2 different lorries, rather than driving the same vehicle twice.

An artic is easier to reverse as it is designed to be manoeuvre-able, where as the wagon and drag is a rigid with a trailer added as an after thought.
