New Girl!

Just joined today, wish I knew this site was here when I first started training! Got my green badge in October last year, and am just starting out on my own. Am hoping being a female instructor that should be able to get work fairly easily, although know that it will take 6 months + to get going properly. Any advice would be gratefully received!

Re: New Girl!

Hi Elite ADI - welcome to the site - my advice would be the same as to anyone trying to make a go of it - Yello pages AND make good friends of your pupils, real friends - they will then recommend you.  You will get more work that way than being a brilliant instructor who doesnt make friends of their pupils, (although being brilliant helps).   lol

Re: New Girl!

Hi Elite,
Just to say I agree with the others I advertise in yp but still get most of my new students from recommendations.
It will however take a while at the start.
Good luck
