What's the best way to become an ADI trainer?

Have been an ADI for over 8 years, and currently a grade 5, I'm getting a little bored with teaching learners (95% of the time anyway) and I'm thinking of moving up a notch and offer ADI training.

I know that are no tests to pass and I can offer my services now, but I feel that as I have been teaching learners for so long that I may be a little set in my ways (as I was told when I went for an NDIS assessment). I do offer refresher lessons and Pass Plus, but that's not quite the same as teaching someone to Part 2 standard.

Can any one offer some advice how I can get on the road to ADI training?

Thanks

Carl
