When I did my ROSPA test the examiner said at the start "imagine you've been on holiday for 2 weeks and have just got into your car. Run through what check's you would do before driving"
I gave a detailed description that was worded to keep it brief, and I could see he was impressed. Think it got the test off to a good start, and he said at the end I knew my car very well.
Let's be fair, an ADI should be able to run through SM/TM effortlessly and do it much better than a non ADI, so it should sound better anyways.
