Hi wba

4wheelz are ordit registered (all their trainers) so a good start. They have a good reputation as a school and have many cars in the west Midlands.

They have several trainers, simply find the following info before comitting.

Who will train me? What qualifications do they have?
From where?
Is it one to one? If not is it half price?
Do they offer PAYG?

And most of all HOW MANY HOURS WILL YOU GET? (EXCACTLY) on all parts, and can you do part 1 on your own. and speak in person to previous trainees.

I guarantee you need approx 60 odd on part 3 and up to twenty on part 2.

Coming on here and avioding certain national companies you are already ahead of the game.
